CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin
GHRH analogue + ghrelin receptor agonist blend
Available as: 5mg+10mg
Overview
A combination of Modified GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 without DAC) and ipamorelin.
Mechanism
The two act on different receptors: the GHRH receptor sets the size of the GH pulse, while the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) triggers its release and suppresses somatostatin tone. Together they produce a larger GH pulse than either alone.
Research highlights
- Ipamorelin stimulates GH without measurable rises in ACTH or cortisol in animal studies.
- GHRH and ghrelin-mimetic secretagogues show synergistic GH release in research models.
